1. The "How-To" Basics

How do I personalize my item?

Click the "Add Graphics and Texts" on the product page. Our interactive tool will open, allowing you to upload images and add texts in real-time with the options to resize, or repositioning. 

What if I’m not a designer?

No worries! We provide pre-set fonts that are already optimized for our products. What you see on the screen is a digital mockup of your final piece.

2. Technical Specs (Image & Text)

What file formats do you accept?

We recommend high-resolution JPG, PNG, PDF, AI or SVG files.


How do I know if my photo is high enough quality?

Our system will usually alert you with a "Low Resolution" warning if your image might appear blurry when printed. For the best results, use original photos rather than screenshots.


Are there any restrictions on what I can print?

We cannot print copyrighted logos, trademarked phrases.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any images, logos, or trademarks uploaded for personalization. We assume no liability for trademark or copyright infringement for designs provided by the customer.

 

Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?

While we strive for 100% accuracy, colors can vary slightly depending on your monitor’s brightness and settings. We use professional color-matching to get as close as possible to your digital preview.

The AI Background Removal Process
 
Go to PhotoRoom Background Remover and drag your image into the workspace.
Automatic Detection: The AI will automatically identify the main object and remove everything else.

I need my graphics or texts in a different orientation

Landscape or portrait? No worries! Just rotate the image using the rotate tool at the top right corner of the image box. 
  

Can I see the proof before I pay?

The live mockup on our site acts as your digital proof. Once you hit "Save" or "Add to Cart," that design is sent directly to our production team.

3. Changes, Cancellations & Returns

Can I change my design after placing the order?

Because we begin the production process shortly after an order is placed, we can only allow changes within 2 hours of purchase. Please double-check your spelling and layout before checking out!

What is your return policy for personalized items?

Since these items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective (within 1 week upon receiving the shipment) or there was an error on our part.

What if I made a typo?

We print exactly what you enter. We highly recommend a final "spell check" on the mockup screen before finalizing your order.

4. Production & Shipping

How much longer does personalization take?

Custom orders typically require an extra 3 business days for processing and quality checks before we ship.
